1964 Amphicar

April 19th update:

I've been busy rebuilding all of the component parts of the engine
like the starter, generator, water pump, carburetor
and polishing and clear coating the bolts and nuts.
I also sandblasted, repainted and put new seals in the
heater box. I honed out and rebuilt the master cylinder and
all of the wheel cylinders, polished the steel brake lines and
cleared them as well. Every single nut, bolt, washer and screw
on TRFNSRF will be cleaned and either painted or clearcoated.
The Engine is done and ready to ROCK!
I have 2 trannys, and I rebuilt one with the parts I purchased;
seals, gaskets and bearings, and I'm going to order the parts to
rebuild the 2nd one and hopefully sell it to one of you
lucky people. Let me know if you're in need.
I have a few parts left to refurbish before I start assembling
everything. I should be able to just about put it back together
with white gloves on because everything will be like new!
